SEIF PLES held a significant consultation meeting last week with a specialized consultant to initiate the development of a comprehensive Communication Strategy and a two-year Communication Action Plan.
This strategic effort aims to enhance the organization’s initiatives to combat violence against children, young girls, and women across the nation.
The new communication strategy is crucial for Seif Ples as it will streamline operations and improve engagement with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
By fostering effective communication, Seif Ples seeks to better inform communities, particularly in rural and remote areas, about the National Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Toll-Free Line 132, which the organization operates.
“Effective communication is essential for promoting our services and ensuring that those in need are aware of the support available to them,” stated a spokesperson from Seif Ples.
Seif Ples encourages all partner organizations, institutions, and divisions within SafeNet to participate actively in this consultation process.
This initiative is generously funded by Child Fund Australia and New Zealand. As part of the consultation process, Seif Ples will also conduct Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with stakeholders collaborating on this vital issue.
By investing in a strategic approach to communication, Seif Ples aims to navigate challenges more effectively while pursuing its objectives with clarity and purpose. This initiative underscores the organization’s commitment to creating a safer environment for all individuals affected by violence.
