IN celebration of Mother’s Day this year, Solomon Water launched a special promotion to honor and appreciate our customers. As part of this initiative, ten lucky mothers were surprised with gift packs and Solomon Water merchandise.
The Mother’s Day promotion program aimed to recognize and reward our mothers who visited our locations to pay their bills. The giveaway gifts were presented to customers who met specific criteria, including being female, having residential domestic accounts, and maintaining up-to-date and active accounts with no arrears or outstanding payments.
The recipients were delighted to receive their surprise gifts, which included a variety of items along with Solomon Water mugs and pencil cases.
“I was not expecting anything like this to happen to me today. I just came here today pay my bill. This is a lovely surprise for me as a mother. Thank you Solomon Water” said Margaret Buga, the first recipient of the Mother’s Day surprise gift pack.
“It’s very important for me to pay my bill on time because it will be difficult for us to try and clear big bills. As soon as I receive an invoice, I come to Solomon Water to pay it off”, Mrs Buga added.
Another mother who received a surprise gift, Bernadine Cortis said “Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. I always pay up my water bill but never expected to receive anything like this, especially for Mother’s Day. I am so happy. Thank you Solomon Water”.
Solomon Water Customer Care Coordinator Lucy Habu expressed thanks to the mothers for their warm response to the initiative. “Solomon Water customers are at the heart of our business and this Mother’s Day, we wanted to express our appreciation by surprising some of our mothers with Solomon Water merchandise and gift packs to treat themselves,” she said.
